Corporate setup

Register the right company in Thailand, fast and compliant.

From a Thai Limited to BOI, Amity Treaty, branch or representative office, we set up the structure that fits your business and unlock foreign ownership where possible.

Choosing the right structure is the single most important decision when you enter Thailand. We assess your business, ownership goals and tax position, then register the entity that fits, and unlock 100% foreign ownership wherever the law allows.

Thai Limited Company

The standard vehicle for trading in Thailand, incorporated quickly and ready to invoice.

  • Company name reservation
  • Memorandum of association & incorporation
  • Tax ID & VAT registration
  • Corporate documents kit and company seal

BOI promotion & US Thai Amity Treaty

Two proven routes to majority or full foreign ownership, with the right one depending on your activity and nationality.

  • BOI application for promoted activities, with tax incentives
  • US Thai Amity Treaty registration for US nationals
  • Foreign Business License where required
  • Branch, representative office and foundation set up

* Minimum foreign capital is generally ฿2 million, rising to ฿3 million per activity for a licensed List 2/3 business. Using Thai nominee shareholders to disguise foreign control is a criminal offence, a properly structured BOI, FBL or Amity route is both lawful and, over time, cheaper than the risk. Figures are typical guidance, confirmed in writing before any work begins.

Common questions

Good to know

Often, yes, through a BOI promotion or, for US nationals, the US Thai Amity Treaty. Without these, foreigners are generally limited to 49% in most activities, but several proven structures exist. We recommend the right route in a free consultation.

A standard Thai Limited Company can typically be registered within one to two weeks once documents are ready. BOI and Foreign Business License applications take longer due to their review process.

Every engagement is confirmed with a clear, fixed fee quote before any work begins, no hidden costs and no surprises.
